we had an amazin stay at the inn on loch lomond. the room was super clean with a great loch view. breakfast was the best with loads of choices, especially loved the vegetarian options. the staff were really friendly and always helpful. entertainment in the bar on weekends was a nice touch!
although the stairs to room 207 were a bit much, and we could hear some noise from nearby rooms.

We had an amazing family getaway with stunning views of the loch and delicious meals. The staff, especially Douglas, was incredibly friendly, making our visit unforgettable. The kids loved meeting River the Dog, who added an adorable touch to our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, more ground floor rooms would be great for families with children.

I recently stayed one night in a snug room and loved the delicious breakfast, which was a great start to the day. The cozy lounge really helped me unwind after a long trip, and I enjoyed a lovely evening by the outdoor fire pit. Only downside was some hassle with the Wi-Fi connection, so make sure to ask for the password beforehand! 🌟

The shareable appetizers were brilliant, especially the steak cooked to perfection and the gorgeously smoked salmon! The restaurant and bar were spotless and the food was always hot! Amazing culinary finds all around.
No lift to upstairs rooms. the stairs are quite the trek! The cooked options were nice, but continental choices lacked variety, with no fresh fruit and just basic supermarket bread for toast.

Clean room with a great view but outdated amenities and basic food options.

It was just a nice choice for a break on a long journey in Luss with attractive and competitive value for money. The barman was very knowledgeable about their whiskies, which added a nice touch to our evening. To avoid disappointment, make sure to ask about the breakfast menu first.

missingWrote a review on 12 May
The hotel boasts a cozy vibe with spacious rooms, designed in a contemporary style that's held up since its refurb over a decade ago. The en suite bathroom was a solid upgrade, keeping everything neat and comfortable during the stay.
You might hear the music echoing from the bar if you're in a room close by. that can throw off your early night plans, especially when it's on until nearly 1 am. The WiFi was as unreliable as a hyped-up droid, cutting out despite attempts to reset it. The food in the restaurant felt more like filler than flavor, with a menu leaning heavily into standard pub fare and lacking anything particularly enticing to make it a culinary destination.

The large, comfortable room offered a decent level of cleanliness and well-furnished amenities, making for a pleasant stay. Evening meals were enjoyable, particularly the flavorful sea bass, and breakfast featured an impressive variety of options. dinner service was frustrating. one meal arrived undercooked and required multiple returns to the kitchen. the room change process was inconvenient after a broken door lock incident, yet the staff managed to resolve this with a complimentary drink and room adjustment.

The dog-friendly atmosphere was a highlight, making our two-night stay even more enjoyable. The room featured a fantastic wet room shower, although the WiFi connectivity was inconsistent. Dining options were impressive, with a delightful two-course meal and a great live singer in the bar, which added to the ambiance. The location is perfect for walking, with beautiful mountain views nearby, but it could benefit from better TV and entertainment options.
